Job Overview

The Senior Retail HR will handle end-to-end HR operations and administration for retail stores in Calicut. The role focuses on smooth people management at the store level by supporting hiring, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance, and store HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete HR operations and administration for retail stores

Handle recruitment and onboarding for store-level roles

Monitor attendance and coordinate payroll processing

Manage employee relations, grievances, and discipline

Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR records Support performance management and employee engagement Coordinate closely with store managers on HR matters

Eligibility & Experience

Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in Retail HR

Strong exposure to store-level HR operations

Experience handling multiple stores is an advantage

Skills Required

Good knowledge of retail HR processes

Strong communication and people-handling skills

Understanding of labor laws and compliance Organized and result-oriented approach
