Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every customer
- Follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Greet and assist customers, offering a shopping bag and guiding them to find the right products within the store
- Communicate product information, promotions, and offers to customers, and provide feedback to DMs
- Achieve set sales targets by using effective selling techniques and increasing basket size
- Maintain a well-organized store environment, adhering to retail standards and plan-o-gram
- Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, folded, and stacked, and that barcodes are attached
- Contribute to shrinkage control by recovering merchandise from trial rooms and cashcounters
- Maintain displays, props, and signage acrylics as per VM guidelines
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th pass
- Age between 18-30 years
- 6 days working (with a week off between Monday to Thursday, any day)
- Open to male candidates only
