Retail Fashion Consultant

Location: Delhi

Specific Responsibility will include:

1. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
2. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
3. Responds to customers questions.
4. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
5. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
6. Manages financial transactions.
7. Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
8. Alerts management of potential security issues.
9. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
10. Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in English Both (Verbal and Writing)
2. Working actively on inventory reports.
3. Experience: 1+ years preferably in Retail/FMCG/F&B.
4. Good knowledge of Ms Excel.
5. Demonstrable leadership abilities and teamwork.

Working Hours:

1. 6 days a week - 8.5 Hour shifts
2. Choose from a morning or afternoon shift
