We are looking for an experienced Retail Brand Leasing Manager who will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding reputed retail brands for our mall spaces. The candidate should have strong industry connections and a deep understanding of the retail leasing market.

#KeyResponsibilities

Identify and bring national and international retail brands for leasing in the mall.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail brands, franchise partners, and brand consultants.

Responsible for end-to-end leasing process including brand identification, negotiations, documentation, and closure.

Conduct market research to identify trending brands and retail concepts suitable for the mall.

Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and operations for smooth leasing execution.

Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations with brands.

Maintain a database of potential retail brands across categories like fashion, F&B, electronics, lifestyle, and entertainment.

Ensure achievement of leasing targets and occupancy levels.

#KeyRequirements -

Minimum 510 years of experience in retail leasing / mall leasing / commercial leasing.

Strong network with retail brands and franchise owners.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Experience working with malls, commercial developers, or retail real estate companies.

Ability to close deals and bring reputed brands to the mall.

Preferred Brands Exposure

Experience working with brands like apparel, F&B chains, lifestyle brands, electronics retailers, and entertainment outlets will be preferred.

#Education - Graduate / MBA preferred (Marketing / Real Estate / Business Administration).
