Who We're Looking For
MYDESIGNATION is looking for a Retail Business Manager who understands fashion retail beyond numbers, someone who can connect product, retail performance, and marketing to drive sustainable growth. This role is for a hands-on thinker with strong business sense and on-ground retail exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Drive retail business performance across stores and channels
Work closely with design and product teams to align products with retail demand
Analyze sell-through, product performance, and customer behavior
Support retail marketing, launches, and in-store execution
Coordinate with internal teams to improve planning, allocation, and growth decisions
Qualifications & Skills
36 years of experience in fashion retail / lifestyle retail management
Strong understanding of product performance, merchandising, and retail operations
Exposure to retail marketing and store level execution
Business-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
