- Create line of sight properties in Mall/HS & convert them to store launch as per budget & continuously look for newer opportunities for conversion within the financial year.
- Reach & Penetration
- Continuously update the market mapping data for expansion opportunities & plan timely entry for cost & competitive advantage.
- Profitable expansion
- Negotiate favorable terms with the landlord & mall developers to get the right location, right size & right cost.
- Forecasting future spaces in potential markets
- Study relevant markets to understand business potential.
- Continuously monitor competition and market activities.
- Map spaces as per current and forecasted requirements.
- Maintain relationships with owners of commercial properties to shortlist potential marketplaces.
- Partnered expansion
- Ensure a strong network of franchisees (existing & new).
- Process Adherence
- Learn about the processes & systems with reference to RBD in particular and the organization in general.
- Establish processes and systems required for the profile and regularly monitor them. To maintain effective tracker for day-to-day updates and review with the superiors
