We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven retail business account manager to manage and grow our retail store accounts across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between our brand and store operations, ensuring smooth coordination, driving sales growth, and managing commissions and account performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Account & relationship management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail store accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with store teams and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and retail locations
- Sales growth & performance:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Monitor store-wise performance and push strategies to achieve targets
- Support stores in improving sales conversion and customer engagement
- Commission & account handling:
- Manage and track commissions for retail partners
- Ensure accurate account reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain transparency and clarity in all financial dealings
- Coordination & communication:
- Act as a bridge between retail stores and internal departments (marketing, operations, etc.)
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and operational challenges
- Maintain consistent communication to align on goals and performance
- Data analysis & reporting:
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and KPIs
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts
- Provide actionable insights to improve store productivity
