Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch Business Leadership
- Drive overall branch profitability and meet sales and revenue targets across all banking products: CASA, Loans, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Third-Party Products.
- Monitor key performance indicators (K.O. parameters) for all Relationship Managers (RMs), including Income, CASA Units, Digital Adoption, Retail & Business Assets, and Insurance.
- Own and uplift performance of underperforming RMs through regular coaching and strategy alignment.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with Preferred Customers (avg. balance ₹2 Lakhs+).
- Regularly review client portfolios and align solutions with financial goals and market conditions.
- Ensure periodic client engagement—touchpoints at least every 2 months; participate in joint client visits.
3. Sales and Cross-Selling
- Actively support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to enhance customer wallet share.
- Promote bank products (UFDs, Credit Cards, Demat, SIPs, Life Insurance) and ensure monthly revenue generation.
4. Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Lead branch operations with a focus on compliance, KYC/AML, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor financial data and optimize cost efficiencies; ensure timely reporting to management.
5. Team Development
- Build a high-performance culture by fostering collaboration, conducting regular trainings, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Actively participate in both branch sales and operational activities.
- Achieve sales targets by sourcing new accounts and generating leads via catchment working, referrals, and internal databases.
- Promote core banking products—Current & Savings Accounts, Credit Cards, Loans, Mutual Funds, FDs, and Insurance.
2. Customer Engagement
- Provide excellent service to Classic Customers; address queries, grievances, and requests effectively.
- Conduct regular client interactions with a minimum of 6 joint visits per month; ensure meaningful engagement every 2 months.
3. Portfolio Growth & Revenue Generation
- Enhance the value of the mapped customer portfolio through cross-selling and deepening relationships.
- Ensure monthly revenue targets are met through banking and investment product activations.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all new customer acquisitions comply with KYC and AML guidelines in letter and spirit.
- Maintain clean documentation and adherence to regulatory and bank norms.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with branch colleagues and cross-functional teams to meet collective branch targets.
- Support in branch marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase local visibility and customer footfall.
