Job Summary
We are hiring skilled professionals for
US Credit Card Operations within Retail Banking. The role involves managing end-to-end card lifecycle processes, handling customer requests, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with banking standards and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Senior Analyst
- Manage daily credit card operations
- Handle card issuance, activation, blocking/unblocking, and closures
- Process billing, limits, and transaction-related requests
- Resolve declined transactions and discrepancies
- Ensure SLA adherence and compliance
SME / Process Lead
- Provide expertise across credit card lifecycle operations
- Handle escalations, disputes, and chargebacks
- Improve process efficiency and governance
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support teams
- Ensure smooth operational flow
Team Leader / Manager
- Lead and manage operations teams
- Monitor KPIs: productivity, SLA, quality, compliance
- Drive process improvements and customer experience
- Handle escalations and audit requirements
- Manage team performance, training, and capacity planning
