Retail Associate

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience and promoting the brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product recommendations
• Attend to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and company policies
• Assist in visual merchandising to maintain attractive and brand-compliant displays
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
