Job Summary

Join Arden Teal Fashion Group as a Sales Assistant & TikTok Live Host to deliver excellent customer service, support daily retail operations, and engage customers through in-store and online live sessions showcasing products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs by providing detailed product information, including features, benefits, and care instructions
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and offering tailored product recommendations
• Operate and troubleshoot the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments and issue receipts efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by restocking and arranging products as needed
• Track inventory levels and report stock shortages to support effective inventory management
• Host weekly TikTok Live sessions in-store to showcase products, engage viewers, and drive sales
• Manage customer flow and crowd control to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Support promotional activities and assist the team with additional tasks as required
• Adapt to a fast-paced retail environment by managing multiple tasks effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in retail sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in English
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with an engaging personality
