Area Manager – Cult Stores
Cult Store is looking for an experienced and passionate Area Manager to join our team
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Area Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of multiple stores within their assigned region. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, achieving sales and KPI targets, and effectively managing store teams. Prior experience in handling multi-store retail operations, especially in sportswear or lifestyle retail, will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business performance by achieving targets aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain high standards of store environment and visual merchandising through regular audits and checklists
- Ensure excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and drive revenue growth
- Analyze and report on buying trends, customer feedback, and sales performance
- Hire, train, and develop store teams to ensure operational excellence
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth and career progression
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Motivate teams through incentives, rewards, and recognition programs
- Manage store expenses, inventory, and minimize cash shortages
- Oversee new store openings, ensuring adherence to timelines and brand standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business objectives
- Passion for sports, fitness, and delivering excellence
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
