Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Restaurant and Bar Manager. The Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising food and beverage service, coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and driving sales to meet revenue targets. The Manager will also provide training to staff, foster a culture of quality customer service, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, with the ability to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge, service protocols, and inventory management.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and guests, and address concerns professionally.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their performance and professionalism.
• Proven abilities in Sales, focusing on achieving revenue goals and promoting food and beverage offerings.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage a dynamic team and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Previous hospitality experience is required, and familiarity with restaurant and bar management is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
