This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The responsibilities include managing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to service standards, supervising teams effectively, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality assurance. The supervisor will also assist in training team members and optimizing service to create an exceptional guest experience.

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage teams with a focus on operational efficiency
• Thorough understanding of Service Standards and Food Service processes to ensure quality and consistency
• Proven skills in Customer Service and effective Communication to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to operations
• Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
