What you'll own:

• End-to-end restaurant operations

• Hiring, training & leading

• Driving service standards & guest experience

• Implementing SOPs and improving systems

• Ensuring hygiene, compliance & safety standards

• Reports & Analysis

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations - preferably in high end property

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent understanding of food service workflows

• Comfortable with data, numbers & daily reporting

• Passion for food, service & building something meaningful
