Restaurant Manager

We're looking for a hands-on, people-first Restaurant Manager to lead our flagship outlet in Bangalore.

What you'll own:

End-to-end restaurant operations

Hiring, training & leading

Driving service standards & guest experience

Implementing SOPs and improving systems

Ensuring hygiene, compliance & safety standards

Reports & Analysis

What we're looking for:

6+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations - preferably in high end property

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent understanding of food service workflows

Calm under pressure, obsessed with consistency

Comfortable with data, numbers & daily reporting

Passion for food, service & building something meaningful
