Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage services, hiring and training staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining operational standards. The manager will also handle customer concerns, coordinate with vendors, and work to enhance guests experiences while ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Experience in European cuisine restaurants will be preferred.
• Experience in Hiring, training, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient understanding of Food & Beverage operations and industry trends
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar supervisory role is preferred
