Restaurant Manager I Asst RM - Espresso Anyday Cafe, Gurgaon

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager at Espresso Anyday Cafe. The selected individual will focus on overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service, managing front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and driving sales while maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include staff training, maintaining hygiene standards, inventory management, and resolving guest inquiries or issues promptly. Collaborating with senior management to implement company policies and standards will also be a key component of this role.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication to lead a team effectively and engage with customers
• Analytical Skills to evaluate operational performance, manage inventory, and optimize processes
• Proven Customer Service experience to ensure guest satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally
• Basic Finance knowledge to oversee budgets, manage expenses, and analyze sales performance
• Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles is a significant advantage
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills
