Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Madurai. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards in food and beverage services. The role also involves coordinating hiring processes, implementing training programs, and addressing customer service concerns efficiently to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
• Proficiency in Hiring practices and experience with staff management
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage standards to maintain quality and compliance
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• 10+ years Experience in restaurant management is appreciated
