Key Responsibilities1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence- Own the complete guest journeyfrom reservation to exit
- Ensure service standards match premium dining expectations
- Handle VIP guests, influencers, and high-value clients personally
- Resolve issues instantly without escalation
2. Operations Management- Oversee daily service (Chef's Table + Cake Studio coordination)
- Maintain SOPs for service, hygiene, and workflow
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen, service, and sales
- Manage reservations, seating, and service timing precision
3. Team Leadership- Hire, train, and manage service staff
- Set performance standards and accountability systems
- Build a disciplined, high-performance culture (not casual staff behavior)
4. Sales & Revenue Focus- Drive upselling (pairings, desserts, add-ons)
- Handle high-value inquiries and convert leads
- Improve table efficiency without compromising experience
- Track daily sales, AOV, and conversion metrics
5. Systems & Process Building- Implement and maintain SOPs across all operations
- Work with founder to build scalable systems for future outlets
- Ensure consistency in experience across every service
6. Vendor & Inventory Coordination- Coordinate with vendors for service-related supplies
- Monitor inventory for FOH and operational needs
- Avoid last-minute chaos through planning
Candidate Requirements- 36 years experience in premium restaurants / boutique dining / hospitality
- Strong understanding of fine dining or curated dining experiences
- Proven experience in team handling and guest management
- Ability to handle pressure without losing control
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
