Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a five-star restaurant in Mumbai who will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining high quality and hygiene standards, handling staff scheduling and training, controlling costs, and driving overall business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage teams effectively, and a guest-focused approach to service. The manager will coordinate with the kitchen and service teams, handle guest feedback, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant. A minimum of 115 years of experience in a reputed hotel or five-star restaurant in a supervisory or managerial role is required.
