This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Mumbai. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service. Responsibilities include managing staff, hiring and training employees, maintaining food and beverage quality, and ensuring excellent communication between team members. The manager will also assist in implementing strategies to boost customer retention and operational success.

• Customer-centric skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, to ensure exceptional dining experiences
• Experience in Hiring and staff management to build and maintain an efficient, motivated team
• Strong Communication skills to facilitate effective interactions between staff and guests
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to ensure quality, compliance, and innovation
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills to manage a fast-paced environment effectively
• Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
