We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar, Patiala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall restaurant operations including front-of-house and service team
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent performance
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure quick resolution
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability
- Maintain inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
- Plan staff schedules, duty rosters, and manage manpower efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
- Implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase revenue
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a lounge, bar, or premium dining setup
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of F&B operations, liquor control, and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts and working hours
Preferred Qualifications:- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Experience in lounge/bar operations will be an added advantage
