Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively oversee a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and staff.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve financial targets.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data to make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant operation, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Hire, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and promote a positive work culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive profitability.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and overhead expenses.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements, inventory levels, and employee schedules.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and adapt operations accordingly.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
