Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure superior customer satisfaction, and manage a dedicated team to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities include maintaining food and beverage quality standards, supervising staff, coordinating hiring and training processes, and implementing company policies. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, optimizing operations, and addressing customer feedback to enhance the dining experience.
