This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure superior customer satisfaction, and manage a dedicated team to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities include maintaining food and beverage quality standards, supervising staff, coordinating hiring and training processes, and implementing company policies. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, optimizing operations, and addressing customer feedback to enhance the dining experience.

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in recruiting, Hiring, and managing staff
• Strong Communication skills to efficiently coordinate with teams and customers
• In-depth understanding of Food & Beverage operations
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively
• Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
• Familiarity with managing budgets and sales analysis is a plus
