Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service
• Lead and supervise the service and kitchen teams
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower
• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory, place stock orders, and control operating costs
• Train and guide staff on SOPs and service standards
• Prepare sales reports and support business performance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience of restaurant management experience
• Location: Orchard
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
• Working Days: 5.5/6 days (On shift, total 39-44 working hours per week)
• Salary: Up to $4800
