Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, based in Bangalore North Rural. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional food and beverage service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include team hiring, training, and development, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing strategies to deliver seamless service. The role also involves overseeing inventory, vendor relationships, and operational compliance to meet organizational goals.

- Experience in Food & Beverage management
- Ability to lead and participate in Hiring and training teams

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
