We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager with a strong foundation in restaurant operations and a deep understanding of building and sustaining a community-driven dining experience. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional operator, a relationship builder, and a commercially astute leader who can seamlessly balance guest experience, team performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all touchpoints
  • Drive SOP adherence, hygiene standards, and service consistency
  • Optimize resource utilization, inventory management, and vendor coordination

2. Community-Driven Engagement

  • Build and nurture a strong local community presence through curated experiences, events, and collaborations
  • Develop initiatives that foster repeat clientele and brand loyalty
  • Act as the face of the brand, actively engaging with guests and stakeholders

3. Party & Event Management

  • Oversee planning and execution of large-format parties, corporate bookings, and social events
  • Design customized offerings and ensure flawless on-ground execution
  • Maximize revenue through strategic upselling and package structuring

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key guests and regular patrons
  • Handle escalations with maturity and convert challenges into loyalty-building opportunities
  • Drive guest feedback systems and continuous improvement initiatives

5. Financial Ownership (P&L Management)

  • Take full ownership of the restaurant's P&L performance
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial metrics including revenue, cost control, and profitability
  • Implement cost optimization strategies without compromising guest experience

6. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across departments
  • Drive hiring, training, and performance management
  • Build a strong culture of accountability, ownership, and service excellence
