Role Description

Expanding its operations, we are looking for Contractual /part time on-site role for a Restaurant Consultant based in Pune/Mumbai.

The Restaurant Consultant must develop the restaurant concept and cuisine theme by identify target customers and positioning. Create the complete menu (starters, mains, desserts, beverages) and develop signature dishes. Standardize recipes and portion sizes. Plan the kitchen layout, equipment and workflow for efficient food production and service flow. Prepare the Food Costing, Pricing, Vendor & Supply Chain Management. The roles also involves Staff Recruitment & Training. Implement SOPs for food preparation & Conduct food tastings and trials

The role requires hands-on coordination for smooth operation and guest satisfaction during events.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service and Food Preparation techniques
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with team Hiring and staff management
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure seamless operations
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in banquet or restaurant management is an advantage
• Relevant certifications in hospitality management are a plus
