REST API Developer (Python) (Freelancer)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled REST API Developer (Python) to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate has strong experience in developing high-performance RESTful APIs, implementing secure authentication systems, and integrating databases and third-party services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance.
• Write clean documentation and testing suites.
• Integrate APIs with external services and frontends.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Python development experience.
• Deep understanding of REST standards.
• Experience with API testing tools and versioning.
