Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams to understand resource requirements and availability.

Maintain and update resource allocation and project tracking sheets.

Support the hiring and onboarding process by providing timely resource data and reports.

Liaise with project managers and HR to ensure smooth deployment and transition of resources.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to resource movements, bench data, and project allocations.

Track utilization, availability, and upcoming roll-offs to optimize staffing.

Prepare weekly and monthly resource reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

23 years of relevant experience in resource management or coordination roles.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
