Job Description

Job Title: RMG Lead (Resource Management Group)

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Capacity Planning: Drive the end-to-end resource management process, focusing on capacity planning, deployment, and utilization tracking.
  • Pipeline Collaboration: Partner with Business/Delivery and Sales teams to forecast resource needs and build a robust pipeline.
  • Demand Management: Create and manage demands in the ATS, aligning them with forecasts and prioritizing internal fulfillment.
  • Talent Strategy: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on external fulfillment strategies to maximize demand closure.
  • Governance & Reporting: Drive weekly fulfillment calls, resolve bottlenecks, and prepare Executive Leadership Dashboards on demand forecasts and fulfillment progress.
  • Bench Management: Actively manage the bench, identify resources for immediate deployment, and drive org-wide Skill Mapping.
  • Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor the entire demand lifecyclefrom creation and approvals to offers and onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 810 years in the RMG function specifically within IT Services or Consulting.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization) and hands-on experience with any major ATS.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong skills in data interpretation, trend identification, and making improvement suggestions.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
