As we scale, we're looking for a proactive and analytical Resource Manager to join our Hyderabad team and own the pulse of our talent allocation engine.
What You'll Own
- End-to-End Resource Management: Drive internal talent deployment, ensuring optimum utilization and minimal bench time.
- TAT & Allocation Compliance: Ensure timely allocation of resources as per SLA and business expectations.
- Initial Fitment Analysis: Match internal and external talent profiles to project requirements based on skills, experience, and aspirations.
- Skill-Based Allocation: Maintain a dynamic skill inventory to drive precision in deployment.
- Talent Dashboarding: Create and manage dashboards for resource availability, utilization, pipeline, and allocation cycles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, recruitment, L&D, and leadership teams to understand demand and supply alignment.
- Forecasting & Planning: Help anticipate future project staffing needs and bench movement.
What We're Looking For
- 5–6 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or talent allocation (IT/tech domain preferred).
- Hands-on experience with allocation dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, or resource management tools (e.g., SAP, Zoho People, etc.).
- Strong understanding of skill taxonomy, project lifecycle stages, and TAT adherence.
- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and communication skills.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced, dynamic delivery environments.
- Experience working from Hyderabad, ideally near or familiar with the Q City/Financial District area.
