Role: Resort Manager (End-to-End Operations)
We are looking for a dynamic Resort Manager to lead end-to-end operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can independently manage and scale boutique property operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day resort operations across all departments front office, housekeeping, F&B, events, and maintenance.
- Source, recruit, and train staff/manpower locally and regionally to maintain service standards.
- Take complete ownership of property upkeep, hygiene, and maintenance.
- Drive implementation and monitoring of SOPs across all functions.
- Work with the team to improve and innovate F&B offerings in line with Vibescapes brand ethos.
- Ensure guest satisfaction scores are consistently at the highest level, with proactive service recovery and guest engagement.
- Manage restaurant & events space operations ensuring smooth dining & event experiences.
- Implement and monitor cost control measures while maintaining service quality.
- Work closely with the Vibescapes corporate team on brand standards, audits, and reporting.
Requirements
- 46 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in boutique resorts / premium hotels.
- Strong leadership & people management skills ability to source and manage teams independently.
- Hands-on approach with multi-department coordination experience (rooms, F&B, events).
- Excellent communication, guest relations, and problem-solving abilities.
- Based in or willing to relocate full-time to Karjat Mulshi or Lonavala
