We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to lead a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the resort to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and train resort staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the resort and attract guests.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met and expenses are controlled.
- Coordinate with various departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure the resort is a safe place for both guests and employees.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in hospitality management or resort operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations.
- Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the resort's operational needs.
