We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the resort to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage and train resort staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the resort and attract guests.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met and expenses are controlled.
  • Coordinate with various departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure the resort is a safe place for both guests and employees.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in hospitality management or resort operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations.
  • Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the resort's operational needs.
