Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Sales Specialist located in Gurugram at Yhataw Realty. The Residential Sales Specialist will be responsible for new business development, sales, residential real estate transactions, account management, and training.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience as an Estate Agent in Residential Real Estate Sales expertise
• A minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in real estate
• Must have the experience of Gurgaon real estate market
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of real estate market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
