One of our reputed Real Estate Client, founded by a team of industry veterans, this real estate company leverages innovation and technology to deliver high-quality, on-time developments. With a rich legacy of over 5 years and a strong reputation in Gurgaon, the client is a leading developer with residential and township projects spanning approximately 4.1 million sq. meters.

Positions: TL/Manager/Assistant General Manager Sales / General Manager Sales

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and achieving ambitious targets in the real estate sector.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a large sales team. Set clear performance goals, provide regular coaching, and manage team performance to ensure targets are met.

Channel Management: Identify, develop, and manage sales channels, including broker networks, institutional sales, and corporate partnerships, to maximize market reach.

Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales service. Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and brand values.

P&L Management: Manage the sales budget and contribute to the overall profitability of projects by optimizing sales strategies and controlling costs.

Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and team productivity for senior management. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and resolve any high-level client issues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: From 5 yrs to 15 years of experience in real estate sales, multiple position in Sales at Gurgaon
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or a master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, sales dynamics, and a strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage large, diverse sales teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
