This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Residential Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes building relationships with clients, understanding their residential property needs, negotiating deals, and staying updated on market trends. Additionally, the specialist may provide training and guidance to clients or team members as needed.

• Expertise in Residential Real Estate and a deep understanding of the property market
• Proficiency in New Business Development and Sales strategies
• Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients or team members
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client networks
• Relevant educational background or certifications in Real Estate or Sales are a plus
