This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru South. The specialist will be responsible for generating real estate leads, managing property showings, and facilitating residential property sales. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, delivering stellar customer service, and providing expert advice to clients on residential real estate opportunities. The ideal candidate will also work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of sales goals.

• Strong expertise in Residential Real Estate and Real Estate Sales
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation within the real estate domain
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to demonstrate industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of the real estate market
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
• Prior experience in real estate or a related field is highly preferred
• Valid real estate license or certification in compliance with local regulations
