Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist based in Gurugram. The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and providing stellar customer service. The specialist will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential real estate, while ensuring excellent client relationships and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Real Estate Sales and knowledge of Residential Real Estate
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation with clients and partners
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Gurgaon and NCR is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
