Position: Resident Senior Sales Marketing Manager

Experience: 3–5 years

Industry Preference: Hospitality (Mandatory)

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000

(Based on experience & knowledge)

About the Role-

We are seeking a highly driven Resident Sales Manager to manage sales operations, engage with guests, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should come from a hospitality background and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

1) Handle guest inquiries and provide detailed information about services

2) Generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve monthly sales targets

3) Build and maintain strong customer relationships

4) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experience

5) Support marketing and promotional activities when required

6) Knowledge of Meta, Facebook and revenue management will be added advantage

Key Requirements

1) Hospitality background mandatory

2) Proven 3–5 years of sales experience

3) Strong communication & negotiation skills

4) Self-motivated and target-oriented

5) Fluency in English and Hindi is a must , Gujarati will be added advantage
