Genius Lane Child Development Centre is an initiative by Dr. Rahul Bharat to help children with neurological problems. We provide outpatient consultations and multidisciplinary management of Paediatric Epilepsy, Paediatric neurological disorders, and various forms of Neurodisability. In addition, we have state of the art facilities to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia, and Developmental delay located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications

• Medicine: A medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Patient Care: Experience providing excellent patient care and managing complex medical cases.
• Working : Ability to work collaboratively with other staff.
• Qualifications: BAMS or BUMS or BDMS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

You will coordinate a team of Front Office/Reception, Psychologist, Play

Specialists and other units within the organization and ensure the deliverance of

high end services in terms of management and patient care.

Pediatrician must develop good observational skills, and good oral and written

communication. Must have leadership and effective management skills.

Key responsibilities:

1) New Patient Consultation

2) Diagnosis communication

3) Enrollment meetings

4) Follow up post assessment

5) Discharge-discontinue Meeting

6) Follow up Consultation for Neurology/Epilepsy/Syndromes

7) Staff Appraisals

8) Compliance meetings

Personality Attributes / Traits:

1. Should live in the city

2. Should be looking to bring a change in the lives of Children with Neurodisability.

Leave: combined casual leaves, and Sunday off. Should be pre planned, and in coordination with the team members.

Job Type: Full-time, Fresher, Regular / Permanent

Working Hours: 09:30 to 06:30 M- S

Morning shift
