About the Role
We're looking for a creative force who can own our content narrative across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit-someone who doesn't just post content but builds stories that resonate, convert, and create genuine connections.
This isn't about following a content calendar someone else made. This is about being the content engine. You'll have the creative freedom to shape how thousands of people discover and experience medical tourism through our brands.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Narrative Building
- Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit that align with both Luxora Experiences (premium) and CureMeAbroad (discovery platform) brand positioning
- Craft platform-specific narratives that speak to distinct audiences: patients seeking care, referring physicians, hospital partners, and investors
- Build content frameworks that balance education, empathy, and conversion
Content Creation & Production
- Create high-quality, scroll-stopping content: short-form video, long-form storytelling, patient testimonials, educational content, and thought leadership pieces
- Write compelling copy that drives engagement and builds trust in a sensitive, high-stakes industry
- Collaborate with patients (with consent) to capture authentic transformation stories
- Script, shoot, and edit video content across formats
Multi-Platform Management
- Instagram: Visual storytelling, patient journeys, behind-the-scenes content, educational reels
- YouTube: Long-form patient testimonials, procedure explainers, hospital tours, founder stories
- LinkedIn: Thought leadership, industry insights, company culture, B2B content for hospital partnerships
- Reddit: Community engagement, authentic Q&As, transparent discussions about medical tourism
Performance & Iteration
- Analyze content performance across platforms and optimize based on data
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats
- A/B test messaging, formats, and hooks to improve engagement and conversion
- Report on content impact: reach, engagement, lead generation, brand sentiment
