Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservation requests via phone, email, online platforms
- Accurately enter, modify, and cancel reservations in the system
- Provide information about availability, pricing
- Confirm bookings and send reservation details to agents
- Maintain updated records of bookings and customer information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree/diploma in hospitality is a plus)
- Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays,US Shifts
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
