Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent at ALHUSSAM INDIA located in Kochi. Since our main business is religious tourism, we prefer Muslim Candidates. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for day-to-day reservations and ticketing tasks including providing exceptional customer service, promoting travel and tourism packages, generating sales, and building relationships with customers.

Education: Bachelor's (Required)Experience:

Ticketing Experience: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification: IATA Certification (Required)

GDS knowledge: Amadeus/Sabre/Travelport(Required)

• Collaborate with airlines, travel agencies, and other ticketing partners
• Handling & keeping records of ticket reservations, cancellations, exchanges, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to commute/relocate to Ernakulam
