Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Reservations Manager, with the opportunity to work from both our Hyderabad office and from home. The Reservations Manager will handle customer reservations, assist with inquiries, and ensure a seamless booking experience for clients. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, providing exemplary customer service, upselling services, training team members, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling Reservations and managing booking systems
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Background in Sales and ability to upsell and achieve revenue targets
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members for improved performance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in travel management software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field preferred
