Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Manager at Golden Tulip Candolim Goa. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing reservations, handling customer service inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Daily tasks include processing bookings, handling cancellations, and optimizing room inventory. Additionally, the Reservations Manager will provide sales support and conduct training sessions for team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Reservations and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Experience in Training team members
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
