Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Executive, based in our Bangalore Corporate Office. The Reservations Executive will manage guest reservations and inquiries, handle booking processes, and ensure seamless communication with guests to provide exceptional service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with queries, confirming bookings, managing room availability, managing Booking platform, Online Travel Agents and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction. The role will also involve promoting sales initiatives to maximize bookings and revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
• Proficiency in Reservations and Booking Management to handle inquiries, scheduling, and confirmations efficiently.
• Understanding of Customer Satisfaction principles with the ability to address customer needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to contribute to Sales efforts by promoting services, offers, and packages to drive bookings.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with reservation software systems is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Online Travel Agents business and dynamic pricing.
