Reservations Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for the role of Reservations Executive. The selected candidate will handle daily reservation inquiries, confirm bookings, and update reservation systems accurately. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, providing seamless customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring accurate information regarding hotel offerings. The role may also involve collaborating with the sales team to optimize bookings and meet occupancy targets.

• Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries proficiently
• Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service
• Proficiency in managing reservations and updating reservation systems accurately
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
